Our standard maintenance contracts include a 24-hour call out service and planned preventative maintenance. The maintenance contracts are based on industry standard SFG20, CIBSE Guide M, F-gas regulations and health & safety requirements including L8 prevention of Legionella. Our PPM maintenance tasks are carefully designed to achieve this and to ensure that regulatory and health & safety requirements are met.
